I had one of your broilers and it was absolutely delicious

Glad you enjoyed the chicken
Amy's layers have moved into some of my my broilers' chicken tractors, so are "safe - ish", but are still on daily moves so still get that fresh grass and foraging, albeit with less room.

I’d love to give it a go but I don’t want to kill pluck etc etc .We get them done locally.
My neighbour will be doing them this season - he wasn't fully licensed last year so we had to go a little further.
Salatin is very keen on doing it "in house", and certainly, the cost is significant compared to your cheap supermarket chicken. However, with my neighbour already set up, and personally being up to capacity () in terms of labour, it made sense to outsource.
Anyone local to you with facilities?I’d love to give it a go but I don’t want to kill pluck etc etc .
Not that I’m aware of sadly.Anyone local to you with facilities?
