Pattern Exhausts

Anyone know a company that makes tractor exhausts? After one for an MF8480, dealer wants a fortune.

Do you actually need the upright pipe or just the bend at the bottom. Don't know about the 8400 series but lesser tractors tend to rot the lower bend just where it enters the base of the silencer. With patience you can get the broken bit of bend pipe out of the silencer and just replace the upright/silencer on top of a new bendy bit.

Not sure whether this is relevant to your model or circumstance, but it might help someone save a bit of money.

Bought 89mm stainless steel pipes and the 90 degree bend from a company called Jettex (online) all came to around £160 . The bottom bend needed cutting and shortening , need to take off and weld in the venturi pipe for the air cleaner. Also fit a stainless silencer which will cost around a £120 , too noisy as it is.
