Threaten them that you'll plough it all up to grow cash crops on and that you'll inform RSPB that you had to because RPA kept you waiting for your money too long. Worked for me.
Thanks for replies. Spoke to them today - again - and was told I will receive payment in10 working days. Fingers crossed...

Well got a surprise of a remittance advice for our ELS/HLS 2018 75% advance payment today, for anyone still waiting for monies from previous years, which I think very strange and totally wrong and disgusting you are still waiting, this is the perfect opportunity to ring them up and badger the hell out of them saying why have you not been paid when advances for 2018 are going out!
I had actually budgeted this money for March next year after the delays I have had in the past tbf.

When did you receive your previous payment if you don’t mind me asking?

We had an inspection 4th July 2016, got the report end of Jan this year, this cocked payments up royally so a history of payment is on post 108 on this thread and a partial explanation on 102, last years both came in April of this year so this one coming now is hopefully a sign that normal service like in the early years of my agreement have resumed!
Hope that answers your question!

I had some money in June but was inspected last October 17 which delayed payment now getting inspected again so payment is delayed again! Passed inspection last October but delayed things

I ve been chasing my last payment for an OELS which finished in October 2017...turns out I have to plead HARDSHIP to get it paid, so I have cos I am!
It’s bloody crazy, and they wonder why people don’t want to go back in or take a few years away from the lunacy of it all!

What I find inexcusable about this is the fact that we have completed work and laid out real cash for the options that we had agreed to.
The original time scales were budgeted for but now we have no idea when we will get paid.We were told we would receive 75% in November and 25% in June the following year.
I was lucky to get 2017 advance in January 2018 but only because I persisted and had a direct contact number. This is now impossible to get and when I called today it goes through all the options and you are not able to talk to anyone as they are all too busy!!!

With no BPS money and no CS Higher tier cash flow at this time of the year is difficult.

Post brexit the minister will have to answer to the questions from our mps without the excuse that it is the Eu at fault because they have insisted and enforced fines on Defra for wrong payments over £500000000 so far

£50 million................ that's a penny saved once we have left Europe !

Not a penny for MidTier 2018 rang up and go through options then line goes dead.
What a shambles

We got a random payment last month for part of our 2016 payment.............and you are thinking you are going to be paid for 2018 !

Dream on !
