Yes hopeful to serve to sexed this year but reluctant to with a sync program, also not keen to sync maiden heifers as i don’t think it’s a good image for the industry

Scratch cards are going to be a lot cheaper. I have found them great on heifers this year. Some extra glue is important though

Our jersey Bulling heifers lick the scratch cards and paint off, little buggers! Don’t do it as cows though, luckily

The one I looked at was £2162 to setup then £72 a month for 50 collars.

well that’s better than we can do collars are 2.70 plus vat software is 3500 plus vat nedap

you can hire pedometers from GENUS for heat detection on your heifers.contact your local rep to get a quote.

@Headless chicken , Alta hire collars. Haven’t used them myself, but I know one of the techs well who told me.
