Pen and strep for new born lamb

Just started lambing and had twins ewes no milk so feed lambs one feed of colostrum in bottle then neither would take any tubed them after then today one died other looks not 100% was going to give it pen and strep but what dose 1ml will be too much says 1ml per 25kg lamb only a Jacob so not very heavey.

If it's watery mouth (e coli) then half a colostrum feeder of live yoghurt mixed with warm energy drink (the kind you get for re-hydration) can be a life saver. You can keep feeding that until the infection has gone. Good luck - it's so depressing when you lose a lamb but sometimes there's nothing you can do.
