Percolation test results

Anyone done them , wanting some results before submitting our results so I don’t make a rod for our back , time taken is roughly 5 hrs for a hole roughly a meter square , thanks.

Had to do it for a planning app here, got a bod in to do it, three holes and turned out ok. The drainage officer was happy, the parish council still weren’t!!! Took near on 14 months for planning on a grain shed…..

Laird wanted planning permission for three housing plots in the village

SEPA (Scottish environment protection) had vetoed any more development because no drains for sewerage and existing septic tank soak aways often don't "soak away"

Laird waited until one of the driest September's in living memory, dug the test holes, passed with flying colours.....

Hasn't sold any of the plots yet, the ground has always been sodden wet since 🙄
