BG Woats, general blw, but these can easily be done with hormones, starane ally etc. Just trying to get a vague strategy in my head now.

The blackgrass alters the picture - Atlantis goes well with Liberator. Broadway Star does the rest, or separate treatments of Oskar and specific hormones/SUs for the weeds present
 
I am near certain I have applied 3/4 rate crystal that was tank mixed with dursban to a crop that had newly emerged without issue, though I think the seed bed condition may play a part as Brisel said.

Having said that I did apply crystal to at peri-emergence once and some cold wind happened and you could see it had burnt the leaf a bit.
