Have DD clover into predominately ryegrass pastures with reasonable success but has anyone tried DD herbal mixes?
yes has worked well but you need to be able to see soil, then some slurry after drilling helps

Easily done.Accidentally sprayed mine out
Glyphosate doesn't do much to creeping thistle anyway.Easily done.
Mine is full of creeping thistle. It had 2 litres of glyphosate in mid Feb which was obviously too early for them. It's supposed to have spring oats in it but they are still in the bag.
Need to discuss options with the agronomy department.
I put shield on mine for similar reasons even at low rates it wiped it outEasily done.

You always have to spoil itWas anyone involved with the innovative farmers trials? The conclusions seemed to be yield based (30% reduction compared to the control), rather than margin. That said, in organic there will be more of a correlation, given there aren't any synthetic inputs.
Also increase in perennial weeds and grass weeds.
Just come out I think, hence asking. Not all bad though! Bit of a shame as I've been trying for years to get it to work! You always have to spoil it
deadersWhat about the clover?
