I wonder if there are any farmers near me (East Cleveland/North Yorkshire) who would be prepared to give my partner & I some permission to do some ferreting or ratting on their land?
We have a (stock broken) Terrier & two small sized ferrets to bolt rabbits (no killing in/digging).
I’ve only been involved in this for a few years but my partner used to be called upon regularly to do pest control for his local farmers when he lived in Wales & has 30 years’ experience of foxes/rabbits/rats, etc.
I generally use the rabbits for the pot & we are responsible people who know the country code. I’d be happy to meet up with anyone who would give us a chance, as obviously, I could be saying any old rubbish on here.
I’m not sure what else to put but can answer anything anyone wants to ask? Many thanks in advance.
