I don't know the ins and outs of the law, but wandering around other people's houses and gardens just isn't " done " in the UK. Farms and farmland for some reason is the exception, where everything goes.....🤷‍♂️
im not sure the 'right to roam' thing helped in this respect either as is like saying people can go anywhere and everywhere in the countryside , rather than properly designated areas

Not convinced the forces of law and order would ever police this if it became law.
Fully sympathise with overrun livestock areas, but over here in Suffick, nobody will be arrested if on foot in an arable field??
