Looks fantastic, have you found any problems with it ? dose the slurry run around the slalom or however you spell it ok ?? or do you have to add water ???

No added water, the slurry does mix up no problem as long as we remember to do it often enough, once a month is fine. When mixing if there is a crust just keep changing direction of the mixer every 10 mins and it soon breaks up. If I was building it again I wouldn't change anything.

Cracking job. Very envious!

Any issues with timid heifers and bullying etc with not having cross over passages on the inner cubicle rows?

What did you use for the brisket board? Seen lots of people use plastic pipes and do it badly - too thin and then cracked badly if neck rail positioning isnt right.Yours looks a good thickness, how many mm?

Thanks

The one I saw the farmer said his cows making more milk and he was making more money.
Aye, a 10%-15% increase in yield is to be expected from moving from 2x a day to 3x a day. But at a capital cost of over £300k for 2 robots installed (that's if you've already got slurry storage, cubicles, silage storage, milk tank, etc) the sums don't add up, certainly not at current milk prices.
