I’ve just took on the lease of a new premises. It’s been unoccupied for a while
It has two phone lines coming in. Do I have to go to BT to get back on or can any provider get line reactivated.
I am thinking of having voip phone over broadband

Any provider will do just fine. Even if you didn’t have a line there already.
