Pickup thread

There is still plenty of choice of pickups available and Nissan are moving production to a facility that is already their well established pickup specialist builder. VW are coming back in cahoots with Ford and Mitsubishi have decided, like General Motors, to withdraw completely all future vehicles from Europe. GM went further and have also withdrawn from all RHD markets worldwide. Neither decision is just for pickups.
Sad about GM, always thought they made good mainstream vehicles

The 90 will be tiny inside for loading anything into... but I think it'll be a very good vehicle. The price will be the killer with it, and that's before we know about reliability.

I do fancy the 110 commercial

Looking at a review of the new hilux it seems they’ve ballsed up with the payload. Apparently if you fit a canopy the payload will be under 1 ton so you can’t claim the vat back and no benefit in kind. Big mistake there by someone.
