Whilst I have no problem with them excersing their right to the natural selection process, unfortunately they do sometimes involve others too and if nothing else they have friends and family.
True...

As far as I am aware the dolly has to be permanently fixed to the trailer. Not sure how that is done other than bolting the release handle. Still needs to be removable for maintenance (lubrication!)Are dollys legal for towing loads as I thought they class the dolly as the first trailer and the main trailer as the second and in UK the second trailer cannot be loaded?
I thought to use a dolly it had to be welded closed so it's an integral part of the trailer i.e. One trailer.
Not strapped correctly.should be a singular pillock.
case driver not at fault
Your a right proper jobsworthNot strapped correctly.
Not taking as wide a line as necessary to go round the corner in lane.

Most of us will be guilty of something, at some point during a varied working day.Only pointing out that he wasn't perfect.

Be handy for stopping idiots overtaking in stupid places tooThat's the answer, fit the trailers with stabilisers.
Think you are ment to take the Jack legs off the trailerAs far as I am aware the dolly has to be permanently fixed to the trailer. Not sure how that is done other than bolting the release handle. Still needs to be removable for maintenance (lubrication!)
he was driving quite adequately, very few people indicate on roundaboutsOnly pointing out that he wasn't perfect.

Those new Audis- they don't have indicators. Instead, if you pull out in front of them at roundabouts, I find they automatically come to a stop. Works wonders.
think theres been a lot of older cars retrofitted with that technology too. I witness quite a few cars up here slowing hard when they meet something coming toward them. It seems to affect the cars ability to get in to the side of the road, and it has completely disabled reverse too. Possibly just not set up correctly.Ahh, is that how they work, I'll give it a whirl next time I'm out and about
The SUV's on the local school run have an "instant stop" mode too, whenever something larger than a pushbike approaches the vehicle...
Blimey, I wish they did that round here.think theres been a lot of older cars retrofitted with that technology too. The make of tractor had absolutely nothing to do with that trailer going over, it was a combination of speed round a corner and clipping the kerb.A couple of points, joking aside, why is it always a Fendt ? Fastracs are designed for fast road work, Fendts ain't. Can't say I've seen a JCB having a corner mishap on FB. Should Fendts ( and all other tractors ) be limited to 40k ?
4 bales high ? Too bloody high IMO. Surprised these outfits make it across tramlines, and out through gateways, let alone 50 MPH around corners.
