Work I've seen shows responses to starter P even with high P indices. Not much product needed so I don't see a problem unless you're sowing a crop that can't have seedbed N...
Its the peoples republic of Alba we are talking about here, no artificial autumn N on anything but rape. You can however lash on digestate, slurry etc no problem. And if you're outside an NVZ crack on all winter long if you like. Good farming practice be damned.
