Is this a full planning application or PD?

Full Planning application as within 3km of a small airfield, first shed will be going up before the applicaiton runs out, i just want to be able to put the second up at my leisure as there is much more cost involved. So my understanding would be as they are both on the same application then the first one activates the planning the second i can do as and when. Just want to confirm my understanding :)

Just catching up, need more info, the issue may be the effluent. A silage clamp can be a prior notification but if there is new effluent storage the chances are the council may pull it in for full planning.

If any housing within 400m not tied to the farm its a full planning application generally.

Thanks, the effluent storage will consist of a silt trap drain which will be piped into the slurry store 50m away. It will also be 600m2 if that makes any difference?

They also love conditions !
i.e o yes you got full permission to remove a low less than a meter high random stone curtilage wall but condition of full planning permission is the said wall remains ???
So stays ?
What's that crap about ?

Back with the LPA or Appeal system ?
I would go back to the LPA, if you can get a conversation with the original case officer you may be able to sort it without all the paperwork. Try to ask for clarification on the condition, it may be that the way it was intended is not how you are reading it or visa versa. If you still aren't happy then applying to vary a condition is done just the same way as a normal planning application (via the planning portal).

If you have any issues give me a shout.

Planning to redevelop a bungalow,Can anyone advise if planners have a problem or could stop us putting temporary mobile home on site for 9-12months (outside curtilage, on adjacent agricultural ground)while the residence that we have permission for is redeveloped?

If the land is adjacent and in your ownership then it should be acceptable assuming it's something like a static caravan. I would suggest speaking to the case officer who dealt with your application just to get them on side - if they are awkward and say no ask them for chapter and verse from whatever regulations apply so that they can refuted.

Thanks for the response, sounds logical way forward.Just wondered if others had gone through this already, and which way the planners tend to jump?
