Planning fees - ag building

maybe one for @George from SJM Planning.

We need full planning for all ag buildings, am I reading the fee structure that a building of say 541m2 is £578 for the first 540 m2 plus £578 (£578 for every extra 75m2) for the extra m2. So £1156

However a 1000m2 is just £624, where as 999m2 would be like £4.5k????

So in effect you either want to be 540m2 or less or just over 1000m2

I found this. Doesn't seem to make any sense at all. Typical council. I expect someone was paid for a month to devise this... !

I have never noticed this before but yes that is correct!
