Planning permission

anybody any idea how difficult it will be to get planning for temporary accommodation
at a 300 acre arable farm ?? House had been sold off years ago
Before we bought the farm but we could do to have a farm worker living on site as we have problems with stuff going missing

Arable will be difficult I'm afraid, the main reason the council will allow agricultural exception is animal welfare.

Set up a sub company, sell a field to "them" , submit an agricultural prior notice consent form to the local planning office detailing the agricultural building you intend to build on your land as permitted development?

Probably not legal and I`m not qualified to give advice....... :):)

Surely if the OP has 300ac then getting a new building under PD wouldn't be a problem but in your situation it would assist with creating a dwelling.
