I have a P50HF. It's OK. That's about it!
It will cut 18mm, but badly. Will happily cut 12mm cleanly all day.
You go through a lot of consumables but they're cheap.
I've had it nearly 3 years, had a problem with the torch, R-Tech replaced it no problem.
Back-up from R-Tech is very good, machine is cheap and cheerful.

Just looked them up, now we’re in to more the price I was expecting, I thought the R-Tech sounded cheap, it was recommended by a neighbour however but I think he might just be a bit of a tinker, so only light work.

I’ve had an Rtech hf40 for about 5 years now, all it’s had is new tips in the torch and it’s done a lot of work so can’t complain. Also got an Rtech 200A ac/dc tig I got at the same time, no issues with that either. (y)

I have an r tech cut 40 also,it's not bad,it's done a nice bit of cutting, the only downside is the hf pilot arc,it can break down and cut in and out if you end up in a corner where you can't hold the tip of the torch close enough to the material,or where you reach the end of the cut on a thicker section, and the torch hasn't been held at an angle sufficient enough to cut right through the bottom of the metal before the top ,if that makes sense.
