please help bacto scan high!

Parlour is old and we have only been using it 9 months, it a 20/40 mix match.
Baco been coming back over 100 for last couple of weeks.
I have:
Stripped plate cooler- found some crud.
Regully clean air lines.
Taken all air lines apart found very little.
Changed milk pump seals, found a bit of crud.
Cant see any split liners, all new 12 months ago but only milking bit over a hundred so hardley used for number of units.
Cows going on clean, im flumexed, an anoyed as put many hours to it!

With our bactoscan its always parlour wash water temperature.
We do Hot a.m. Cold p.m.
Dump hot water at 65 C, 55 C absolute min.

Water? Mains or borehole? UV filter?. Do you use chemical for final rinse with water??

Borehole, i will check uv bulb, and will grab new filter from stenlakes. water coming out of parlour at around 65/70c entering 85/90 everything steaming hot. bulk tank always smells bit chemically after wash

The bacto on my well water supply is not great before going through UV steriliser and I use a mild peracetic through dosatron on cold water supply on anything that comes into contact with milking equipment.

Not milked for a while but I would say tank first and the rest of the plant after that. Climb inside, good torch and a mate to supervise.

Had it last week, got in tank (which is not that easy!!) and was a patch of crap on the back of tank. Cleaned it off and fine this week. Here I always find it’s the tank

Cluster flush ? if all else fails.We had water getting in tank from cluster flush?lack of dilution. Turned flush off ,bct 100 within week. Dead spot in flush pipe not washed!

had 3 high tests last week last one was 700 done every thing I could found nothing next test was 14 it just makes wonder
