Forecast has gone from dry this wk to rain every day! The dry week has been pushed back another wk.

Just been putting some fert on after a few dry days and we have standing water in every field, most of which have only appeared in the last 4 weeks. The rain intensity has sealed the surface and knackered it

God knows what it would be like if I hadn’t done loads of ditching and draining stuff, I don’t think I have seen us as wet

They tell me we had snow here in Lincolnshire on the 1st of June in 1976 and we all know how that summer turned out
