Plot wanted for self build property - cash available

Hello all,

I'm interested in doing a self build but there's hardly any plots available near me (Knaresborough, willing to look up to 10 miles or so in any direction though). Several chunks of land in the tens of acres being sold off, but I'm only looking for 0.5-1 acre. Is there anyone on here in this area that would be interested in a quick chat?

I have cash available, no mortgage needed.

Buy a big chunk, get planning on a small bit and sell off the rest
