This is an older IH that predates the b12 if it sheds any light on the matter]

After a bit of research I am led to believe that these ploughs were designated BF200 and were assembled from American trailer plough parts. I think they are quite rare and I think made around 1949. Does anybody else know anything ?

Can we be permitted to see your pants ? I think it is a DB

It is a Pierce/Star plough from the ROI, identified by the single bolt holding the share onto what otherwise looks like an epic body, I think Pierce copied the IRDCP and changed a few things including the share wing
It is the bargain basement version without the adjustable frame but does have the pitch adjusters and the double bolted together leg, these legs can be a pain as the rust between the 2 pieces of leg can force the 2 pieces apart causing them to distort

It is only worth anything to the scrap man I'm afraid

Brilliant info thank you, I don't think ill scrap it just yet it will make a nice project to fix up for the rainy days. On a better note, I think I may have found something that is actually worth some money. :) both seem to be unused.

IDCP stands for Irish double chilled plough. Double chilled steel was a hardened cast steel and in this case probably made by Mr Titt of Warminster (not a joke!) as the letter R for Ransomes is missing, otherwise IRDCP. The T at the end indicates it is a design for tractor ploughs and these were made between the wars. A piece of history indeed.
