Reg checks out to a 17 year old blue CRV, 2L petrol. Taxed and test in date, assuming it's not cloned.
What happened to the dog? I found a lurcher in a field, and someone rang up a 'lady that looks after lost dogs'. Turned out to be a traveller; won't be ringing anyone next time...

Still running around an hou rago,They have been back in another vehicle, ran across the field, saw me coming toward them so ran back and buggered off. neighbour also on lookout for them.Police still on the way to catch dog to stop an accident
