My stake of choice is the yellow RAPPA ones, mostly as they are so fast to pick up one handed from the quad. Not the cheapest though.
I do have a pile of Rutland ones that seem to last forever though, and bought on an offer for 50p each, many years ago. As they hold onto the wire better (needing 2 hands to collect usually), they are usually used on headland fences, that won’t be taken up until the field is finished.

Anyone bought from this guy on ebay? Electricfence7 - I’m guessing their rutlands ? 2000 posts are £1150?
I've 2500 of these now. Buy them a pallet at a time works out at about 60p each. At that price vs most other naked I put up with the design not being quite right for sheep, needs another hook in the top 3rd of the post. Think it's Knight Plastics or something like that. You do have to get stroppy with them to get fast delivery though. I ordered a thousand and waited 3 weeks for delivery. In end i rang up and threatened to set eBay on them and 2 days later the posts arrived. Happened a couple of times since.

I have manly rappa yellow posts and some for the rutland post in each bundle, I use these for the bottoms of valleys so the wire doesn't pull out of the top like the do on the rappa ones.
I did have one bad batch of rappa post that the plastic was very brittle on, but rappa did replace the broken ones at the time. I think they are still the best post because you can get the wire off by a flick of the wrist!!
