Polytunnel Planning Permission

I have no idea what a Spanish tunnel is
Multispan polytunnel with a less robust framework than your usual polytunnel is likely to be. Legs screwed into the ground which support hoops, polythene held down with ropes crisscrossing the full length of each run. Not unusual for blocks of 5 acres but any sensible person would limit to less than that so if the wind gets it you lose less.
Probably easier to claim they are temporary structures but due to their massive impact on the view and of runoff issues any county where they are used extensively will insist on planning. Not many used in Cheshire so anybody that saw them was quite interested, go to Staffordshire for example and they are hated because there are so many.

I have no idea what a Spanish tunnel is but if the structure remains and is not removed then it will require planning.
I have a polytunnel and it hasn't moved in 20 years therefore needs planning. The one my neighbour uses for lambing gets removed every April so does not.
But if its been there 20 years what is your problem. Always led to believe 4 years is the magic number.
