Asking for my brother who hatched a few light Sussex due to lockdown induced cabin fever. 6 eggs purchased over eBay though nearly gazumped by last minute auto bid frenzy followed by message from vendor to day winning bidder had disappeared. Quelle surprise. Anyway one 4 week old cock is now struggling with his balance and falls over quite a lot. What’s causing it? Going through a phase? Got too close to heat lamp? Avian swine flu? :scratchhead:

Likely a vitamin deficiency. Don't know if they have liquid vites over there for poultry, but you might try some Vit. E, the most likely culprit to cause symptoms of that nature and at that age.

Mareks disease? I bought a group of young pullets once and lost every single one, they go off their legs then paralysed and game over.
