Poorly lamb

Have a week old lamb ,a twin. In past couple of days, condition completely gone. Clearly has upset gut. Kept it going tubing milk and heating bulb. Sucking bottle again a wee bit. Have given pen and strep injection ans spectrum. Looks awful but want to keep her going. Passing incredibly smelly yellow dung, not scour . Anything else I can try?
