Portable milking machine.

Has anyone got any recommendations for a small portable milking machine?
Only To collect colostrum off a few beef cows for calving/lambing.

The Turkish ones that Tim Gibson Ltd sells would be ok for that job. The liners, as supplied, would suit beefers, better than dairy cows. The pulsators don't like frosty weather much either. I think the complete thing, pump and bucket, on a wheeled stand are about £800 new.

You would still need a vacuum pump with that.

Something like this is what you need

We had one when we used to milk couple of cows and rear calves on them but sold it since we have all beef cows. We found that we didn't need it very often at all and when we did the liners were all perished. We try and breed calves that get up and suck these days
