Dig them in in no time with long handled double spades

we’ve a post knocker now but it’s surprising how much still gets done the old way where the tractor can’t go if there’s 2 of you it doesn’t take much longer apart from strainers obviously

Uncle welded a 56lb weight to his, it was a lot bigger than what you’ve shown and the handles were a lot thicker.

I’ve seen a 2 man one with 4handles for hammering strainers in before but you wouldn’t want to carry it far

Mines bigger than that one it was just first of google

Good idea to an extent - but not stable on hills IMO. The contractors the estate use, have s Wragg knocker mounted on a 14t digger. They can go anywhere... and if they can't get there, they just make a road with the digger for themselves

We have one of them. Definitely an improvement on the mell, but too heavy really. About 20/25kg, which gets a bit much.

Serve a purpose but should be cut up and weighed in before being offered at any farm sale or by any ebay 'reseller'. Damn dangerous things in most hands.


I've a Kinghitter and just bought a Bryce. Both are worn but work better than I do.
