We have a basic Malone and it works well. You reverse to each post but for £2k worth the money and copes with most slopes as can adjust the arms to get a bit more tilt. 2 man job but most fencing jobs are anyway.
Looking at the Malone or Multec for farm-theres a big jump in money to knockers with weight on side so glad to hear you like yours(y)

but my neighbour said the parminter knockers aren't big enough to knock in a gate post without augering out the hole first
Have had a parmiter here for years and knocked plenty of gate posts, sleepers and fence posts in without augering any holes, sometimes takes a bit longer if really dry and hard but never failed yet, got a new Bryce on order tho

I had looked at a protec for a while and nearly bought a new one before getting the chance of a bryce from a local contractor who was giving up. Was a fair bit of money but it’ll last me and i‘m never going to be regretting not Having all the extras.

practically lives on the old Renault now and carries all the tools and gear I need.
I like the post and kit carrier on the loader, could do with one, homemade or bought?

Obviously not mine, but I have witnessed greatness. Thought it might inspire someone's build

Your little tractor would barely lift it!

Says it all about your part of the world and their attitude to hills that, after I left your place, I saw a small bulldozer at the side of the road with a mounted post driver on the back. The only thing stable enough to go where you see some fences in your neighbourhood.

Possibly saw the same machine working down over a very steep hillside, very impressive way of fencing!
