Since the forum update I cant attach pictures to posts. Just says file id to large. But i am not doing anything different. Same phone etc.

That’s odd. image limits have not been changed. It’s a 16mb limit on a photo and then we resize it.

can you confirm image type and size Please?

also what phone are you on?

iphone 15 pro which I have been using for nearly 2 years and the image sizes are 4.8mb.
As said nothing has changed my end.

ok. i thought that was the Live Photo. But mine says jpeg

Can you got into camera>format settings and change the settting to below please and take a picture and try uploading it.

if this works we have worked out the issue and i should be able to get it fixed.

It’s not. The update must have stopped heif images. Definitely our end.

I should be able to get that fixed quite easily. thanks for helping And highlighting it.
