Potato emergence.

How are folks spuds growing? I have Sagitta slow to sprout on heavier parts of the field. I’m thinking about irrigation. They have been in 4 weeks.

All very slow getting through. It’s still early days but I see it being very low yielding. Has to be another £400 a ton or more. Rivers are getting lower day by day and it’s still only May.

Innovator, planted 15th April. Everything is a bit steady, a noticable difference between those planted into moisture and those not.
