With respect, and not trying to be antagonistic, where do most of the best quality chipping potatoes come from to serve the Irish market?

I do realise the importance of getting them dug but I find if it's too wet they wont keep anyway so better in the ground

They need loads of air through them. Cut Agria in store always start to rot for some reason?

I took that to mean that they are not mature enough at digging time? Often have that problem with kerrs pink then the ones dug 10 days later are perfect

No, but I would imagine it would be useless.

I tried one in the dry and that was bad enough, too heavy, webs too steep, keeping a constant depth was tricky, anyone concerned about damage id say stay clear

I was thinking the same but nothing like real life experience in the field. Problem we used to find with the twin row was damage to the remaining crops and ruts caused by the tractor hence the twin row was binned.
