Been rained off today but we did try it but was too wet. Got 19 acres and 2 headlands left so should finish tomorrow if it dries enough

Which is what really annoys me. The amount of money that is spent on levies, and I never see any good stories!

No wonder they are in continual decline.

Last 8 rows this morning. It’s Just getting fit to plant here now we are finished.

Had 3 lots of seed from others all had to go over grader to sort them out.

Anyone got a windrower that goes on 3 point linkage for sale? My harvester won't dig down hill and I've 3 steep fields to dig this year so would need to set the first 2 runs accross to make room for trailer.

We had 15mm of rain thursday night which stopped us yesterday as it was a bedtilled up.

Hope the residual herbicides work, no rain for 4 weeks potatoes just emerging, drills are just dust.

Was just over 1000 acres planted area. Wont be any time off as we're straight into the washing and grading of last years spuds to load out. Think theres over 5000t left in the stores yet

Is it normal to have 5000t left at this time of year, or is it a struggle to move them?

We've normally got a fair bit left but not usually this much. They have been very slow taking them this year. All sold on contract. Now we've finished planting we're hoping to ramp up the loads per day. Most years they are all gone by the end of june. They are storing ok still so thats a big help

That's good that they are on contract. Just a waiting game now.

Are they on a processing contract?
