thats where all ours used to come from, 4 stone bags, 2lb bags and strawberry punnets as well back in the day

What ever happened to Abertay? They just stopped coming around one year.
Just as a guide to price, my last order of 20,000 bags printed with our design worked out at 24p each. This was just before Christmas and the price was the same as in early 2013.

I remember as a teenager getting my dad's Farmers Weekly on a Friday afternoon & heading straight for the classified section to look for the woman of my dreams in the Abertay advert - happy days !

Countrywide Farmers do them, should be no much more than £10pk of 40.

I use East Riding Sacks in Yorkshire. Very good, and deliver on time. Depends on how many you're after, as minimum order is usually 5,000 sacks.

Great advertising though, I wonder how many farmers bought sacks even although they'd never grown potatoes?

We use Johnson and wagstaff at Peterborough, have used them for 10 years now and couldn't fault the bags or quality of service. I would recommend them to anyone ! 01733 208123
