Potato storage rent

Does anyone have any idea how much potato storage is per month these days? Have been approached by someone wanting to store a few hundred tonnes in the front of our store.
Modern ambient box store with new fan towers installed this year. I assume there would be a small charge for unloading/ loading.

Commercial pre-pack cold storage at 2.5C is £40-45/t for the whole season including boxes and all other costs (sprout control, power, loading in/out, monitoring etc) but not haulage.

If you've got the space and will be running the store anyway I'd want £5 handling fee plus 50p/week plus any sprout control. Those figures don't stack up if you're running the store just for them.
