Currently General Manager of a potato processing company in N. Ireland. Buying various varieties of potatoes for both peeling (boil) and chipping (fry).
Example quantities:
Peeling 100+ tonne per week.
Chipping 40+ tonne per week.
Buying local, Southern Ireland, Scotland and England. Have current contracts and agreements in place with suppliers however always on the look out to add to our supplier list.
