We are having to replace some of the tongue and groove flooring, does anyone know where I can source this sort of bolt?

dont use wood to wood screws, or standard roofing screws. You need the fine thread like a metric bolt to thread into the metal. A rough thread like a wood screw will just ring off when it hits the metal, unless it’s very thin.

Those bolts are available from Wurth got some to do a lowloader floor once........................................................................................
they have two wings that countersink the timber and then shear off ........................................................................................
