Pour on for ticks

Does pour on against ticks work just the same straight after shearing as it would on sheep shorn a month?

I don't think there is much point in treating for Ticks at this time of the year.
Most of them will have dropped off sheep now and will be multiplying on the ground.
The best time would be early Spring to treat them.

Ticks are a problem with us from spring to autumn up here

Ticks are a problem whenever the temperature suits them on the North York Moors (ie early spring to late autumn if the temperature is high enough for them). DON`T use Dysect without allowing some wool growth first though! And, yes it does work OK.

Spot on for ticks here. Only stuff worth using, easy to administer And can use it anytime.
