They are fine, but if you have an idiot man with van on your run, be aware that they will no longer deliver to a safe place, have to be signed for now.
I had 2 "missed" deliveries for some batteries and got refunded both times.
Bought from FFX instead without problems.

Both companies use DPD in my area ,probably nationally aswell ,,My regular driver is brilliant ,,allways leaves parcels safley but I do know his dad and where he lives
