Well done @sjewart Quite a feat winning the carcase show.

A lot of cattle were very lean hanging up but the sheep where on the fat side.
Thank you @shearerlad. Yip the cattle were leaner and I have to put up my hand and admit two of mine were lean today too. Wonder if it's just the kinda year we had?

For the first time ever I didn't make it to the sheep, was inundated with well wishers.

Just home, great day. Superb hospitality from Scotbeef and M&S yet again.

Very well done @sjewart!

A helluva lot of cattle lean, a lot of 1s and 2s. Most lambs 3h and 4s! Ended up with a second in our sheep class so a decent result.

All in all a great turnout and great day.
Well done @DB67! Yip I'm guilty with a couple of lean cattle carcasses myself but noticed there were loads of 1s and 2s. Wonder if it's just the year we've had? I've no problem with the grader - my lean carcasses were lean.

Yes your spot on @crofteress. The reserve live carcass I was very happy with. U+3. Photo attached.
