I've got a 50t press like this

I'd quit like to form some sheet steel. I made some tooling out of a bit of angle and bucket edge but it doesn't work that well. Anyone know where I can get a proper tooling kit, or built a working one themselves they wouldn't mind me copying?

if you are using the angle as a vee tool at the bottom you will not be able to bend any sheet to 90 deg as it will spring back our press brake has 85deg bottom tooling your vee block should bee 10 times the thickness you are bending how wide of tooling you looking for and what you intending to bend

I'm not looking to bend much, a foot wide is probably the widest I need, that would be thin stuff, and the thickest 5-6mm, probably only a couple of inches wide.

@Andrew I made 1 copied of a simple design of youtube. 2 pieces of flat plate 2 round bars 2 tubes 3 pieces of angle.
Weld round bar upright off 1 plate weld tubes onto ends of other plate . Plate with tubes on weld 1 length of angle along the edge making it knife like . assemble knife onto bars on other piece place remaining 2 pieces angle back up either side of knife and push together weld .
That reads as a load of bo----- better find clip to post.

I was going to use bucket edge too but didn't fancy trying to get a perfect edge on it with the grinder. Only took 20 mins to make just need to fit springs once i have found them.

Don't need that an sharp edge on the top. I made up a new bottom die to test a theory and it works well. The 1" box isn't strong enough but the theory works.
Just needs the 2 sliders to hold the top and bottom square.
Intend to make it 800mm wide!
Might weld the top blade at an angle to so I can make U shapes without it fouling the blade.
