Been up in Orkney, had a great photo with local crabs.
Where next Cromer?

Didn’t he have a picture taken in the Isle of Man, with a kipper, claiming that EU regulations regarding packaging, prevented the local fishermen from exporting to France.
Next day it comes out, that the offending regulation had nothing to do with EU. It was / is entirely a UK regulation.

It wasn't at a photo op, no. He lied about it at one of the hustings to become PM. I can understand why you wouldn't remember the details though - the man does have frequent episodes of 'lack of familarity with the truth'.

Our Prime Minister. Is he briefed incorrectly by his staff? Does he fail to read his briefs and thus makes it up after reading a story on Twitter? Is he incapable of telling the truth? Is he Walter Mitty land? Can he not face the truth? Is he an inveterate liar and fibber - as he was during his time at the Telegraph and Spectator. WOuld you buy a secondhand car from this guy? As Prime Minister I expect better.

I’m sure he is given all the correct briefings but he’s so thick he can’t take it in ,so when he stands up to speak he makes it all up with just some sketchy facts stuck somewhere in the back of his mind.Thats just me giving him the benefit of my doubt. Others may think he’s just a corrupt immoral lying barsteward.

Maybe maybe not, we only get to see what the press or people with axes to grind tell us.

I don't think that's the case any more - we get a load of video broadcast all the time, positive and negative. We also have irreputable evidence from his own mouth. Sure it can be selectively reported but very little fabricated lies survive mass scrutiny.

He is a politician, 90 % are, and have you led a blameless life, things can look very bad when taken out of context, glasshouse and stones come to mind.

But his trade is a journalist, when you connect that to politician, I don't think you can actually go any lower in the truth stakes. And just for good measure he is a self confessed liar.
