Printing a Bank Statement

I've just been onto the Nationwide website to look at my 2 accounts there and tried to print out my statements. Clicking on the printer icon on the page brought it up ok but when I selected print, it took me to My Documents. The same when I right clicked and selected print. I don't keep statements in My Documents, as I only print them out. Strange.

I don't think so, I can't see anything on the printer screen where I could do that.

Some sites create a PDF from a webpage and then you print that.

Are you talking about the little screen on the printer or on the HP website perhaps?

Sorry got it wrong, it's options on mine.

Try going back to your statements, then press Ctrl and P to bring up something similar to the above, I don't use right click.

Edge? Firefox? Google Chrome?

Sounds like your default printer is set as 'Print to PDF'.
You can change this in Settings>Devices.
Should also be able to select the printer/device in the options dialog after pressing the Print button.

On Netherfields screenshot it is where it says "Destination"

Instead of clicking print, click to download it and save it in my documents and then find the file and print it from there?

Sounds like a peculiarity of your browser or the website. Nothing out of the ordinary.
