Pro 700, Intelliview 4 screen, camera unavailable

I have a pro 700 which I’ve had a camera plugged in to from the drill for a couple of years with no problems, it stopped working near the end of game cover drilling and I thought it was the camera, only just got around to getting a replacement, turns out it’s the screen, I’ve plugged all my cables plus old and new into my other 700 in the sprayer and they all work. The screen comes up with no cameras available, both my dealers don’t know what it could be and want to do a software update which last time I had that it lost 3-4 hours of the day, anyone had this before or any ideas.
