Problem with digger 3 tonne Isuzu engine

Hello, please can anyone help me with this problem I have with our digger please. On top of two of the pistons is dry carbon, on top of one of the pistons is wet diesel. The machine starts, but it's misfiring, it doesn't operate, it cuts out. So far we have had the injectors reconditioned. We have had many mechanics to it and non of them come back to sort it. Any help or being pointed in the right direction or ideas would be fantastic. It is an old machine perhaps 20 years old. I will post a photo of I can work out how! TIA

You need to do a compression test on all cylinders but I'd guess the wet piston will have broken rings and/or a problem with the valves,particularly on that cylinder. A blown head gasket could also be the culprit...
