Progressing dairy career advice and what’s more enjoyable, all your round calving or autumn/spring block?

Hello. Need some advice, to progress your career further in the dairy industry as a dairyman/herdsman. Would you recommend moving on to positions with more cows and access to skills and training? And whats your opinion on working on a spring/ autumn calving herd compared to all year round.
