I can't really take much credit for making it as it was a box I brought and modified.

As for a carbon fibre box :scratchhead: Even with copious amounts of lacquer on it the sunlight (And lime!) wouldn't do it a great deal of good.....

I suggested it to the Claas salesman Ed Parker and, fair play to him, I gave him two weeks to get it here. He’s beaten that by a whisker so thanks to him. Good bloke.

I’ll publicly apologise because I got my figures a bit mixed up but he was very good about it, had it all written down and accepted my apology. No falling out but I thought he had it wrong.

I might have known it was actually me!!

Bit of work to do now!
All's well that ends well eh? Chuffed to bits for you. Hopefully it serves you well.

Not at all, it looks ace. Is it still in the ball park in terms of the machine you wanted in terms of hours and condition? It looks pretty immaculate?

Condition and spec is way above what I hoped, age is what I was first looking at, but it’s a fair bit more money than I wanted to spend.

I said to somebody yesterday that I can’t decide whether fortune favours the brave or a fool and his money are easily parted!

Thanks for all your positive comments. It’s been a very nervy time but hopefully we are getting somewhere now.

I made the mistake of watching a video of them working last week. The driver showed little mercy and I though hhhhhmmmmm....
I’ll bet that’s my tractor!!

It will have an easier life here. I’m looking forward to having something well on top of the job.
Maybe pete but an xe on a decent shod tractor , running 24 m ,would keep traffic to tramlines ,have you much work at 36 , but could split it
