I was thinking more like a piece of large diameter flexible ducting? But yes, a cement truck chute type thing would work, but having the flexibility to move in both directions would be awkward perhaps?
With a bit of something more flexible, I think it would be more achievable?
The deck probably doesn’t have to be at much of an angle to be square with the direction of travel. And if there’s scope to drop it a bit lower, then that would make the job even easier.

I think the lime would need to be split between discs.
Been musing this one today, and the best I can come up with would really require the whole spinner assembly to pivot as well as sideshift a smidge to really do the correction properly, otherwise it would reduce the width and/or favour one side IYSWIM?
This then means that the discs would need to be lowered a tad, about this point I had to pass a tanker, and put it in the tray marked "too hard"

I was thinking of ducting it after it is split off the belt, so two tubes/ducts.

Well, your guess is as good as mine probably. The problems keep arising in the same fields (or at least in my region) so I jokingly say, it must be that dairyfarmers just like playing in the mud every once in a while. There is the odd mishap weather wise but mostly they know from the start that it'll be a fine mess if it is wet.
Going down to the root there is to much grass on the market and to little maize I guess.

How can that pay

I was wondering that after watching it , would need shares in persil and vanish , be a scarier ride than back scuttling wife and slapping her ass and telling her her , sister goes better?

Finding a nice one lady owner Chinook is a bit of a game though.

Trying to sort the spreading arrangements to get over the crab effect is a real head scratcher. I could go into it all but my fat fingers aren’t too deft on the touchscreen so it could take about a week!

Suffice to say there are several ideas bouncing around the void between my ears. All of them time consuming, expensive and with varying degrees of madness.

Just tow a lightweight trailer with the spinner unit and small hopper so it can be belt fed from the Xerion no matter what the angle of the crab steer. The main load weight still on the xerion but no longer needing the additional weight of the spinners etc. As trailer is pulled axle will always be 90 degree to direction of travel in line with rear crab wheels. I do the same with my logging trailer following the crab steer of the MB Trac but I also have the option of moving the trailer further over left or right as it has two hydraulic rams to pivot trailer.
